While we are building a solid crew the only organized run is the easy Wednesday group run.

As the club grows, we will start to add more sessions. A typical week at Graveyard Track Club may look like: 


S Recovery: No GYTC Session
M Recovery: No GYTC Session
Tuesday Night Graveyard Session: Fast and Loose 6-12 miles 
W Recovery: Easy Group Run 
T Track Session: Fartlek, Speed, and Endurance workouts
F Recovery: No GYTC Session
S Supported Long Run: Depending on the location support will be available for hydration, nutrition, clothes drop, and pump up jams 14-22 miles
