Sessions
While we are building a solid crew the only organized run is the easy Monday group run.
As the club grows, we will start to add more sessions. A typical week at Graveyard Track Club may look like:

| M | Recovery: Easy Group Run |
| T | Tuesday Night Graveyard Session: Fast and Loose 6-12 miles |
| W | Recovery: No GYTC Session |
| T | Track Session: Fartlek, Speed, and Endurance workouts |
| F | Recovery: No GYTC Session |
| S | Supported Long Run: Depending on the location support will be available for hydration, nutrition, clothes drop, and pump up jams 14-22 miles |
